ORDER. On 6/12/2026, this Court granted Plaintiffs 4 motion for a temporary restraining order and scheduled a hearing to show cause as to why a preliminary injunction should not be issued on 6/23/2026. ECF No. 14. On 6/22/2026, the Court rescheduled the hearing for 7/7/2026 in light of attorney Chens appearance on behalf of certain Defendants and 17 motion for extension of time to file opposition to preliminary injunction. ECF No. 19. At the hearing, Plaintiff and the Defendants represented by attorney Chen agreed to extend the TRO as it applied to those Defendants and requested the Court schedule an additional show cause hearing. The Court scheduled the hearing for 7/29/2026 at 10 A.M. ECF No. 34. At the date and time of the hearing, Plaintiffs counsel failed to appear.
