Our Local Rules say that any motion (minus a few inapplicable exceptions) "shall be accompanied by a proposed order that is filed and served submitted via e-mail to the Court as prescribed by Section 3I(6) of the CM/ECF Administrative Procedures." S.D. Fla. L.R. 7.1(a)(2). Although the Plaintiff attached proposed orders to both Motions, it never submitted them "via e-mail to the Court[.]" Ibid. We therefore ORDER the Plaintiff to email copies of these proposed orders to our chambers email, altman@flsd.uscourts.gov, by April 22, 2025.
