In addition, plaintiff refers to "defendant" and "defendants," with no identification of the party or parties to whom it is referring, making comprehension impossible. Plaintiff may, of course, submit a revised order as long as the relief requested is justified by the evidence provided and the order itself can be more easily understood. In addition, plaintiff's proposed order provides no opportunity for the online marketplace parties to object, itself a problematic request that has not been justified. Mailed notice
