P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), this case is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff's motion 15 for leave to exceed the Local Rule 7.1 page limit is granted. Plaintiff's motion 9 for a temporary restraining order is denied as moot. Plaintiff's motion 14 to seal certain documents is granted. The seal will remain in effect for six months to allow plaintiff to refile if it wishes to do so. Any motion to extend the seal must be filed on or before 05/22/2025. If no motion to extend the seal is filed by that date, all documents on file in this case will be unsealed on 05/23/2025. Civil case terminated. Mailed notice
