At least two defendants filed answers to the complaint, 31 32, but twice now the parties have ignored the court's orders to file a status report to set a litigation schedule. See 34, 41. Plaintiff's counsel, Robert Dewitty, shall show cause why he should not be sanctioned for failure to comply with court orders. Counsel's response to this show cause order is due 6/9/25.
