ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the accompanying Order, the Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint without prejudice for misjoinder. Plaintiff has until 05/16/2025 to file an amended complaint naming one defendant or a group of properly joined defendants. If the latter, Plaintiff must also file a memorandum explaining why joinder of those defendants is proper.
