Plaintiff's motions to file under seal [5] [10] and motion to file excess pages [11] are granted. At the Court's instance, plaintiff's complaint is dismissed, with leave to amend, because it does not provide fair notice of plaintiff's claims. Plaintiff claims copyright infringement of certain images or items, but neither the complaint nor its attachments provide any description of them. It is no answer to this that information regarding the images or items is provided in plaintiff's separate motion for TRO; a complaint must itself (along with any attachments) provide the defendants fair notice of the claims the plaintiff is asserting. Plaintiff is given 10 days to file an amended complaint. The pending motion for an ex parte temporary restraining order [7] is denied, without prejudice to refiling.
