Once the case was reassigned to this Court, however, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint, which names just one defendant, and thus avoids any joinder issues. See 13, 14. Plaintiff may thus proceed on its amended complaint 14. The Court grants Plaintiff's motion for leave to file under seal 4. Mailed notice.
