Once the case was assigned to this Court, however, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint, which names just one Defendant, thereby avoiding any joinder issues. See 13, 14. Plaintiff may thus proceed on its amended complaint 13. Additionally, Plaintiff having withdrawn the motion for leave to file under seal, see 15, the Court directs the Clerk to terminate docket entry 3 as a pending motion. Mailed notice.
