ORDER: Five Defendants have filed motions for compensation for wrongful restraint via the security bond posted in connection with the Temporary Restraining Order dated 10/17/2025 15. Each of the five Defendants has now made the requested supplemental submission pursuant to this Court's prior order dated 4/2/2026 103. Defendant crystalsrxboutique's motion for an extension of time to file its supplement 110 is granted; its supplemental submission 109 is accepted as timely filed. Plaintiff has replied to three of five supplements, and the deadline for further replies has passed. The Court does not require anything further from the parties on this issue at this time. The Court therefore takes Defendants' motions 80, 84, 86, 87, 94 under advisement as fully briefed, with a written ruling to follow. The Court also acknowledges Plaintiff's motion for entry of default and judgment 101, which has been taken under advisement for ruling. Since the motion was filed, the Seventh Circuit has clarified in Liu v. Monthly, 170 F.4th 1090 (7th Cir. 2026), that internet screenshots of a checkout page merely showing that it is possible to order the defendants' products and have them shipped to Illinois, not that such sales took place, are insufficient to support a finding of personal jurisdiction. By 5/22/2026, Plaintiff shall make a supplemental submission in support of its motion for default judgment stating its position on whether default judgment remains appropriate as to all of the defaulted defendants in light of the Liu decision. Telephonic status hearing set for 5/13/2026 is stricken and reset for 6/23/2026 at 8:45 AM. The call-in number is (650) 479-3207 and the access code is 1808131170. To ensure public access to court proceedings, members of the public and media may call in to listen to telephonic hearings. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court-issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the Court. Signed by the Honorable Andrea R. Wood on 5/12/2026. Mailed notice

原告撤诉/结案MINUTE entry before the Honorable Andrea R. Wood: Telephonic status and preliminary injunction motion hearing held on 11/20/2025. Plaintiff's counsel failed to appear. The following Defendants appeared through counsel: Arcane ArmoryRelics (Def. No. 121), Kiku Crystals (Def. No. 153), and crystalsrxboutique (Def. No. 202). The following Defendants appeared pro se: Samantha Crotty (bohobeadedartisan, Def. No. 131), Kristofferson (LavenderSageHealing, Def. No. 158), and Victoria Sanderson (forestfindingsbyv, Def. No. 148). All of the Defendants that appeared for the hearing appear to be based in the United States and operate webstores on the Esty platform. That the appearing Defendants are based in the United States is corroborated by the screenshot evidence offered by Plaintiff in support of its motion for a temporary restraining order. The Court notes that in addition to failing to appear for today's hearing, Plaintiff's counsel failed to make the supplemental filing as directed by the Court at the 11/14/2025 hearing. The Court further acknowledges the concerns raised in the filing [58] by Defendants Arcane Armory Relics (Def. No. 121) and Kiku Crystals (Def. No. 153) in opposition to Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. For the reasons stated on the record, the Temporary Restraining Order dated 10/17/2025 [15] is dissolved as to the following Defendants only: bohobeadedartisan (Def. No. 131), forestfindingsbyv (Def. No. 148), LavenderSageHealing (Def. No. 158), crystalsrxboutique (Def. No. 202), Arcane Armory Relics (Def. No. 121), and Kiku Crystals (Def. No. 153). Plaintiff's counsel shall immediately provide a copy of this order to the third-party platform for Defendants' webstores to inform the platform that the restraints in the Temporary Restraining Order are no longer in effect as to those Defendants. The third-party platform shall effectuate the release of restraints on the accounts of these six listed Defendants within two (2) business days of receipt of the Court's order. The Court sets a telephonic show cause hearing for 11/21/2025 at 8:45 AM. Plaintiff's counsel is ordered to appear by phone for the hearing and show cause why the Temporary Restraining Order should not be immediately dissolved as to the remaining Defendants and the preliminary injunction motion denied. The call-in number is (650) 479-3207 and the access code is 1808131170. To ensure public access to court proceedings, members of the public and media may call in to listen to telephonic hearings.
