SEALED DOCUMENT by Plaintiff Jane Doe

#11

MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's recent motion for a temporary restraining order 10. However, before the Court can determine whether a TRO is necessary, the Court needs to determine whether it is appropriate for Plaintiff to proceed pseudonymously. The Court has become aware that Plaintiff filed a previous motion 4 requesting permission to file under seal and to proceed pseudonymously. The Court apologizes for its oversight of the previous motion, but observes that Plaintiff filed the prior motion on Christmas Day, and that it was not noticed for presentment at a specific time, in violation of this Court's standing order. The Court grants Plaintiff's motion 4 with respect to the request to file under seal, but declines for now to rule on Plaintiff's request to proceed pseudonymously. Plaintiff should come to the upcoming hearing (on 2/6/2026 at 10:00am) prepared to explain why proceeding pseudonymously is warranted. Mailed notice.
