This amounts to a request for the court to retain jurisdiction to enforce that agreement, which the court declines to do. Cf. Dupuy v. McEwen, 495 F.3d 807 (7th Cir. 2007); Blue Cross and Blue Shield Ass'n v. American Express Co., 467 F.3d 634 (7th Cir. 2006); Shapo v. Engle, 463 F.3d 641, 646 (7th Cir. 2006); Lynch v. Samatamason Inc., 279 F.3d 487 (7th Cir. 2002). The motion, [23], is therefore denied. The updated joint status report deadline of 7/31/2026 and the 8/4/2026 in-person status hearing both stand. MINUTE entry before the Honorable Martha M. Pacold: The court has received plaintiff's response [15]. Plaintiff has discharged its obligations under the show-cause order [14]. Plaintiff may at this stage join its claims relating to both storefronts because one can sue the same defendant for unrelated transactions, and the facts support that the same defendant operates both storefronts. See Wheeler v. Wexford Health Sources, Inc., 689 F.3d 680, 683 (7th Cir. 2012) ("[A] plaintiff may put in one complaint every claim of any kind against a single defendant[.]" (citing Fed. R. Civ. P. 18(a))). Furthermore, plaintiff's motion to conduct expedited discovery [8] is granted subject to the following limitations. Upon plaintiff's request, any third party with actual notice of this order who is providing services for the defendants, or in connection with the defendants' internet stores, including, without limitation, any online marketplace platforms such as Amazon.com, shall, within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of such notice, provide to plaintiff expedited discovery, limited to copies of documents and records in such person's or entity's possession or control sufficient to determine: the identities and locations of defendants, their officers, agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and any persons acting in active concert or participation with them, including all known contact information and all associated e-mail addresses.
