Plaintiff may provide notice to Defendants of any motion for a preliminary injunction by electronically publishing a link to the Complaint, the Temporary Restraining Order, and other relevant documents on a website and by sending an email containing a link to that website to the email addresses provided for Defendants by third parties. The Court vacates the 8/6/2026 presentment hearings. Mailed notice.
