9 条记录ORDER: For the reasons in the accompanying Order, the Court finds that Defendants in this case are not properly joined. Therefore, the complaint 1 is dismissed without prejudice. By 8/10/2026, Plaintiff is directed to amend its complaint to eliminate all improperly joined defendants. If the amended complaint names more than one defendant, Plaintiff must simultaneously file a memorandum explaining why joinder of those defendants is proper.
