FINAL DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION ORDER: Judgment is granted in favor of Plaintiff on all claims properly pled against Defaulting Defendants in the Complaint; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that because it would serve both the compensatory and punitive purposes of the Lanham Acts prohibitions on trademark counterfeiting and infringement and the Copyright Acts prohibitions on willful infringement, and because Plaintiff has sufficiently set forth the basis for the statutory damages award requested in its Motion for Default Judgment, the Court finds such an award to be reasonable and Plaintiff is awarded Fifty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($50,000.00) in statutory damages against each of twenty-one (21) Defaulting Defendants pursuant to Section 15 U.S.C. § 1117(c) and/or 17 U.S.C. § 504(c), plus post-judgment interest. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that Defaulting Defendants, their respective officers, agents, servants, employees, successors and assigns and all persons acting in concert with or under the direction of Defaulting Defendants (regardless of whether located in the United States or abroad), who receive actual notice of this Order are permanently enjoined and restrained from: and further set forth in this Order. Defendants are hereby given notice that they may be deemed to have actual notice of the terms of this Order and any act by them or anyone of them in violation of this Order may be considered and prosecuted as in contempt of this Court. 8. The $5,000.00 bond posted by Plaintiff shall remain with the Court until a final disposition of this case or until this Order is terminated. 9. This Order shall remain in effect during the pendency of this action, or until further order of the Court. 10.
