PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION ORDER: NOW THEREFORE, on this 27th day of February, 2026, this Court ORDERS that: 1. Defendants, their affiliates, officers, agents, servants, employees, attorneys, confederates, and all persons acting fo r, with, by, through, under or in active concert with them be temporarily enjoined and restrained from: as further set forth in this Order. 2. Each Defendant, within fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of this Order, shall serve upon Plaint iff a written report under oath providing: (a) their true name and physical address, (b) all websites and online marketplace accounts on any platform that they own and/or operate (c) their financial accounts, including by way of example, all AliPa y, AllPay/GoAllPay, Amazon, Bank of China, Coinbase, DHgate, eBay, HyperWallet, JD.com, Joom, Lakala, LianLian, OFX, Paxful, PayEco, Payoneer, PayPal, PingPong, SellersFunding, Shopify, Stripe, Temu, Union Mobile/UmPay/UmPay2, Temu, Walmart, Wise/ TransferWise, Wish, and World First accounts, and (d) the steps taken by each Defendant to comply with paragraph 1, a through g, above 3. Within five (5) days of receipt of this Order, Amazon, eBay, Temu, Walmart, and any other online marketplace platform or service provider hosting or servicing a Defendant User Account are directed to disable and cease providing services for any Defendant User Accounts through which Defendants are currently engaged in the sale of counterfeit and infringin g goods using the FENDER Trademarks. 10. Plaintiff's Schedule A to the Complaint and Exhibit 2 to the Declaration of Zachary L. Cohen, Dkt. 11, shall become unsealed. 11. Any Defendants that are subject to this Order may appear and move to dis solve or modify the Order on two days notice to Plaintiff or on shorter notice as set by this Court. 12. The five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) bond posted by Plaintiff shall remain with the Court until a final disposition of this case or until this Preliminary Injunction is terminated. ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER: Based on the foregoing findings of fact and conclusions of law, Plaintiff's Application for temporary injunctive relief is hereby GRANTED and it is ORDERED as follo ws: As sufficient cause has been shown, Defendants are temporarily enjoined and restrained from engaging in any of the following conduct pending the return date of the Application as referenced below: As further set forth in this Order. As sufficient cause has been shown, within five (7) days of receipt of service of this Order, the Financial Institutions, including each of the Marketplace Platforms in their capacities as online marketplace platforms, any domain name registry providing service t o any User Account, and any other online service provider hosting or servicing a User Account shall provide the following information to Plaintiff's counsel (to the extent such information is in the Financial Institutions' possession, custo dy, or control): As further set forth in this Order. 9. The Clerk of Court is directed to issue a single original summons in the name of "THE INDIVIDUALS, CORPORATIONS, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES, PARTNERSHIPS, AND UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATIONS IDENTIFIED ON SCHEDULE A TO THE COMPLAINT" that shall apply to all Defendants.Security Bond 10. Plaintiff shall deposit with the Court Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), either cash, company check, cashier's check, or surety bond, as s ecurity, which amount was determined adequate for the payment of such damages as any person may be entitled to recover as a result of a wrongful restraint hereunder. Schedule A to the Complaint and Exhibit 2 to the Declaration of Zachary Cohen shall be sealed and remain sealed until Defendants' Accounts and Defendants' Assets are restrained. 12.Plaintiff shall file unsealed versions of Schedule A to the Complaint and Exhibit 2to the Declaration of Zachary Cohen using the CM/ECF system prior to the expiration of this Order. Application to Vacate or Dissolve13.Any Defendants that are subject to this Order may appear and move to dissolve or modify the Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a remote hearing shall be held on February 12, 2 026 at 3:00 p.m. which Plaintiff may present their arguments in support of their request for issuance of a preliminary injunction.
