PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION ORDER: NOW THEREFORE, on this sixth day of August 2026, this Court ORDERS that 1. Defendants, their officers, agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and all persons acting for, with, by, through, under or in active concert with them be temporarily enjoined and restrained from the following: As further set forth herein. 2. Each Defendant, within fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of this Order, shall serve upon Plaintiff a written report under oath providing: (a) their true name and physical address; (b) all websites and online marketplace accounts on any platform that they own and/or operate; (c) their financial accounts, including by way of example, all AliPay, AllPay/GoAllPay, Amazon, Bank of China, Coinbase, DHgate, eBay, HyperWallet, JD.com, Joom, Lakala, LianLian, OFX, Paxful, PayEco, Payoneer, PayPal, PingPong, SellersFunding, Shein, Shopify, Stripe, Union Mobile/UmPay/UmPay2, Temu, Walmart, Wise/TransferWise, Wish, and World First accounts; and (d) the steps taken by each Defendant to comply with paragraph 1, a through g, above 3. Within five (5) days of receipt of this Order, Shein, Temu, and any other online marketplace platform or service provider hosting or servicing a Defendant User Account are directed to disable and cease providing services for any Defendant User Accounts through which Defendants are currently engaged in the sale of counterfeit and infringing goods using the HELLSTAR Trademarks. 6. Shein, Temu, and any other online marketplace platform or service provider hosting or servicing a Defendant User Account shall, within five (5) business days of receipt of this Order, for any Defendant or any of Defendants' Online Marketplace Accounts or websites: As further set forth herein. 7. Any banks, savings and loan associations, payment processors, or other financial institutions, for any Defendant or any Defendant User Account, shall within five (5) business days of receipt of this Order: As further set forth herein. 8. Plaintiff may provide notice of these proceedings to Defendants by electronicallypublishing a link to the Complaint, this Order and other relevant documents on a website or by sending an e-mail to all e-mail addresses identified by Plaintiff and any e-mail addresses provided for Defendants by third parties that includes a link to said website. The combination of providing notice via electronic publication or e-mail, along with any notice that Defendants receive from domain name registrars and payment processors, shall constitute notice reasonably calculated under all circumstances to apprise Defendants of the pendency of the action and afford them the opportunity to present their objections. 9. Plaintiff's Schedule A to the Complaint, Exhibit 1 to the Declaration of HouYingchun, and Exhibit 2 to the Declaration of Sebastian Santoro shall become unsealed. 10. Any Defendants that are subject to this Order may appear and move to dissolve ormodify the Order on two (2) days' notice to Plaintiff or on shorter notice as set by this Court. 11. The twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) bond posted by Plaintiff shall remain with the Court until a final disposition of this case or until this Preliminary Injunction is terminated. ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER: Based on the foregoing findings of fact and conclusions of law, Plaintiff's Application is hereby GRANTED and it is ORDERED as follows: The Clerk of Court is directed to issue a single original summons in the name of "THE INDIVIDUALS, CORPORATIONS, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES, PARTNERSHIPS, AND UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATIONS IDENTIFIED ON SCHEDULE A TO THE COMPLAINT" that shall apply to all Defendants. Plaintiff shall deposit with the Court Five Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), either by cash, company check, cashier's check, or surety bond, as security, which amount was determined adequate for the payment of such damages as any person may be entitled to recover as a result of a wrongful restraint hereunder. Schedule A to the Complaint, Exhibit 2 to the Declaration of Sebastian Santoro, and Exhibit 1 to the Declaration of Yingchun Hou shall be sealed and remain sealed until Defendants' Accounts and Defendants' Assets are restrained. Plaintiff shall file unsealed versions of Schedule A to the Complaint, Exhibit 2 to the Declaration of Sebatian Santoro, and Exhibit 1 to the Declaration of Yingchun Housing the CM/ECF system prior to the expiration of this Order. Any Defendants that are subject to this Order may appear and move to dissolve or modify the Order on two (2) days' notice to Plaintiff or on shorter notice as set by this Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a hearing shall be held on 8/6/2026 at 10:00a.m. which Plaintiff may present its arguments in support of its request for issuance of a preliminary injunction. At such time, any Defendants may also be heard as to opposition to Plaintiff's Application. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that opposing papers, if any, shall be filed and served on or before 7/21/2026, at 10:00a.m. twenty eight (28) days from the date of this order, and for any further period as may be provided by Order of this Court. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(b)(2), the Court finds that good cause exists to extend this tempora1y restraining order because, in the Court's experience, service in this type of case is unlikely to be effectuated within fourteen days. Defendants are ORDERED to show cause why a preliminary injunction pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(a) should not issue, in a conference scheduled for August 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., which will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
