原告撤诉/结案 查看公开文件 ↗ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER: Based on the foregoing findings of fact and conclusions of law, Plaintiff's Application is hereby GRANTED in part and DENIED in part, and it is ORDERED as follows : As sufficient cause has been shown, Defendants 1, 3-39, and 41-82 are temporarily enjoined and restrained from engaging in any of the following conduct pending the return date of the Application as referenced below: As further set forth in this Order. Within five (5) days of receipt of this Order, the Marketplace Platforms, any domain name registry providing service to any User Account, and any other online service provider hosting or servicing a User Account are directed to disa ble and cease displaying any advertisements used by or associated with Defendants 1, 3-39, and 41-82 in connection with the sale of Counterfeit Products. As further set forth in this Order. The Clerk of Court is directed to issue a single origi nal summons in the name of "THE INDIVIDUALS, CORPORATIONS, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES, PARTNERSHIPS, AND UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATIONS IDENTIFIED ON SCHEDULE A TO THE COMPLAINT" that shall apply to Defendants 1, 339, and 4182. Plaintiff shall deposit with the Court Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), either by cash, company check, cashier's check, or surety bond, as security, which amount was determined adequate for the payment of such damages as any person may be entitle d to recover as a result of a wrongful restraint hereunder. Schedule A to the Complaint, Exhibit 4 to the Declaration of Haroon Shafiq, and Exhibit 1 to the Declaration of Yingchun Hou shall be sealed and remain sealed until further order of this Court. Plaintiff shall notify the Court upon service of Defendants 1, 339, and 4182 and inform it whether it consents to unsealing at that point. As further set forth in this Order. This Temporary Restraining Order is entered at 5:00 p.m. on A ugust 19 2026, and shall remain in effect for fourteen (14) days. Any Defendants that are subject to this Order may appear and move at any time before its expiration to dissolve or modify it by filing an appearance and a motion. IT IS FURTHER ORDER ED that a hearing shall be held on September 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., at which Plaintiff may present its arguments in support of its request for issuance of a preliminary injunction. At such time, any Defendants may also be heard as to any opposition to Plaintiff's Application. Unless Plaintiff or any Defendant requests otherwise, the Court will hold this conference by telephone.
