ORDER REJECTING STATUS REPORT FOR NONCOMPLIANCE AND ORDERING PLAINTIFF TO PROVIDE SPECIFIC DETAILS IN REVISED STATUS REPORT. In the Courts Order at ECF No. 56, the Court directed Plaintiff to file a status report on this docket within thirty (30) days, and that in said status report, to provide at least a factual basis as to whether and what amount of any of the monies frozen in Defendant's account(s) pursuant to any of this Court's Orders are specifically related to the alleged infringing conduct in the action at bar, and, if so, shall show cause why any amounts beyond those amounts should remain frozen by Order of this Court. Instead of following the Courts Order, the Plaintiff made a legal argument as to why the amount of assets frozen by the Court does not need to relate to the allegedly illegal conduct. The Courts Order did not ask for a legal argument; the Court directed the Plaintiff to provide a factual basis as to what amount of the monies frozen are related to the alleged infringing conduct in the action at bar. Because the Plaintiffs status report at ECF No. 65 did not provide that information, it is rejected by the Court as non-compliant.
