The court finds this conduct fairly inexplicable, given the filing of such a well-supported request for a temporary restraining order made on April 16, 2025. Did counsel simply presume that the court was sitting on the application and, if so, why did counsel not follow up by contacting the judges chambers? The plaintiff has now filed papers asking to be excused from this inexplicable conduct and to extend the Temporary Restraining Order and reset the hearing. All of these documents were filed under seal, without the separately filed motion to seal such documents. The court will not act on these documents until the plaintiff files a proper motion to seal.
