ORDER: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Order, the Court finds that Defendants in this case are not properly joined. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed without prejudice. By June 11, 2026, Plaintiff is directed to amend its complaint to eliminate all improperly joined defendants.
